The two biggest concerns I had based on the other reviews was my product not shipping in time and that the sunglasses would be counterfeit. The sunglasses were a gift so timing was important. I ordered the glasses on a Thursday and they shipped the next day. I got them by the middle of the following week. The recipient of the glasses loved them, they were exactly what she wanted. The glasses came with a hard case, a soft case, cleaning cloth and a certificate of authenticity. All for a very competitive price compared to other online sellers. I obviously can not speak for others and the experiences they had, but based on my order and the shipping and the product itself, I would shop at ezcontactsusa again and I would recommend them to friends as well." |

"I would DEFINITELY use ezcontacts.com again and again and I will also refer them to all my friends. I had many question, and the customer service staff there always replied to my emails with MINUTES!! I saved $80 on the pair of shades that I ALMOST bought from sunglass hut. I was skeptical at first about ordering a designer brand product online and the actual level of authenticity. I tried the Versace VE4197 sunglasses on at Sunglass Hut and I fell in love. They sold for $210 there, and I found them online at a different website for about $150. I placed an order with that site, after they listed the glasses in the color I wanted as being in stock. As soon as I paid, they sent me an email letting me know that the model I ordered was on backorder. I contacted EZCONTACTSUSA.com to see if they had the model I wanted in stock (Havana brown gradient) and I received an email reply within minutes letting me know it was in stock. I cancelled my order with the other online company and placed my order with EXCONTACTSUSA right away. I received the glasses today and I absolutely LOVE THEM!
