"I can't put into words how wonderful the customer service is with this company--namely Jennifer! I ordered contact lenses and needed them rushed to my apartment. Unfortunately, I failed to put my apartment number in the "ship to" address. Subsequently, UPS, who never sent me a tracking number or shipping confirmation, couldn't deliver. I contacted the customer service (got Jennifer) and she worked with me to determine that UPS had returned my package to EZContacts. Also, her emails back and forth to me were instantaneously. Jennifer told me she would immediately send me another order--I gave her my correct address, and she would send it to me "express" without charging me again. Wow! This company is wonderful; when they say "Don’t Pay for Your Mistakes," they mean it. I will do business again in the future with EZContacts, thanks to Jennifer!" |
