24 Hour Timeframe. An EZContacts
rep must be notified within 24 hours upon receiving the merchandise.
Original Condition. Items need to
be in the exact same condition as they were received. The product must be
returned with all original packaging material, authenticy papers, case,
cloth, and warranty cards.

Affix the label to your package and drop it off at your local post office or simply give it to your postal carrier.
EZContacts Return Department will verify that the prepaid USPS shipping label was scanned by the USPS that same business day. So drop it off at the first available opportunity.
